INMP441 MEMS High Precision I2S Digital Microphone Module
The INMP441 is a high-performance, low-power, omnidirectional MEMS digital microphone module featuring a 24-bit I²S (Inter-IC Sound) interface. Unlike traditional analog microphones (like the MAX4466), the INMP441 processes and digitizes audio onboard via an integrated analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and anti-aliasing filter. This allows it to feed clean digital data directly to microcontrollers like the ESP32 or Raspberry Pi without requiring an external audio codec, making it immune to typical analog electromagnetic interference.
